Q

Asymmetric distal weakness with sensory loss

A

Multiple nerves: vasculitis, hereditary neuropathy with liability to pressure palsies, multifocal acquired demyelinating sensory and motor neuropathy, infectious (leprosy, lyme, sarcoid, HIV)

Q

Asymmetric distal weakness without sensory loss

A

with UMN findings: motor neuron disease
