What is Class I and Class II Navigation and are we authorized for both?
Generally per FAA Order 8900.1:
Class I is IFR Operation within the ground based NAV service volume
Class 2 is IFR beyond the ground based NAV and using RNAV (GPS, LORAN, INS etc.)
OPSPEC B-034 and B-036 authorize the use of both for the S-92
