WITHOUT Secondary indications.

  1. Checklist……Complete (for the malfunction)

WITH Secondary Indications (including Engine Fire) {training says fire is it’s own secondary so pull the engine back}

  1. Throttle……..Confirm (correct engine) then Idle (overspeed and catistrophic failure throttle-STOP
  2. Checklist……Complete (for the malfunction)

A

1.S/P Temp Limit with dynamic secondaries

  1. Hydraulic 1 AND 2 RSVR low with leak prior to T/R Shutoff
    (new LDI)

3.Tail rotor failure imminent indications
(chip and hot or dynamic indications)

  1. Main Gearbox Oil pressure below 5 PSI
    (or other dynamic indications of imminent gearbox failure.
  2. Fire that Persisit
    (Engine, APU, Cabin/Cockpit, Rotor Brake)

Cabin or Cockpit Fire- descend
(If fire persist Land Immediately)

MBG Press or Hot “CAUTION”
(with MGB Out Land Immediately)

HYD 1 or 2 RSVR Low
(leak either before or after T/R shutoff)
