Infrequent Exacerbations
Long remissions
Severe dis causes Joint destruction

What are the traits of Psoriatic Arthritis?

Chronic Arthritis and Psoriasis
Arthritis w/ dactilitis, nail pitting, or oncholysis
Need DMARDS

Maternal Transfer of Ab
Thrombocytopenia, Rash, Complete Heart Block, Hepatomegaly. PERM PACEMAKER!

Idiopathic
Immune Mediated IgA
Non-Throm Purpura (palpable) dependent areas (buttocks and LE)
Vasculitis
Abd pain: Colicky, intermittent
