aggressive father
parents divorced when he was 10

schoolwork was suffering by age 12
not attending school (social withdrawal)
irritable and sad
got into many fights
symptoms
hearing teasing voices
suspicious of his mother
muttered, laughed, and shouted at unseen people
spoke very little
poor sleep and self care
preferred to be alone
lack of insight into his condition prior to this
treatment and management
sodium valporate
usually used for bipolar
mood and behaviour improved then got worse
then diagnosed with very early onset schizo (VEOS)
violent outbursts increased
admitted to hospital for own safety a lot of times
