A

Organising the backlog - the vision is decided.

Sprint planning - decide how the plan will be executed.

Sprint - the actual teamwork is complete.

Daily SCRUM - short meeting that happens every morning so the team are kept up to date

Sprint review -team review where they are up too

Sprint retrospective - allows the team to discuss what went well and how they can improve
