Daily SCRUM - short meeting that happens every morning so the team are kept up to date
Sprint review -team review where they are up too
Sprint retrospective - allows the team to discuss what went well and how they can improve

daily meetings overwhelming-micromanagement-no trust-low morale
big on communication-not good for big teams
