Global User Account
A user account created in Active Directory that allows a user to log in from any computer on the domain.
GUID Partition Table (GPT)
A modern partitioning system that supports large drives (over 2 TB), more partitions (up to 128), and improved data integrity using globally unique identifiers (GUIDs).
