Vent is checked to ensure vent holes are free of debris C. Threads are lubricated to aid in sealing the liner D. HIC closure tool is used to tighten the liner lid E. Liner must be capped within 3 days and shipped within 10 days of dewatering 3. Shipping is arranged via a certified trucking company which uses pre-approved routes 4. Must have verification that shipment will be accepted
