Clinical features of Infectious Mononucleosis

A
  • Low grade fever-headache, sore throat, malase(for 2 weeks)
  • Oral manifestations common
  • Palatal petechiae, uvular edema
  • Tonsillar exudate, gingivitis
  • Symptoms last 3-4 weeks
