History of GI disease/colitis
Avoid use in acute porphyria’s (intermittent attacks of abdominal pain and neurological symptoms)

Seek medical advice if experience diarrhoea when taking (high risk of C. diff)
May have a metallic taste when taking orally
2% cream may damage latex condoms and diaphragms
