Acute porphyrias

Action if pulmonary symptoms or hepatitis occur?
A
Discontinue immediately

Hypersensitivity
Vaginal thrush
GI upset
Nausea and vomiting
Peripheral and optic neuropathy
Hepatitis
Haemolytic anaemia in neonates
May colour urine yellow or brown
