What is unconscious bias?
Beliefs that are ingrained within us, that are outside of the control of our conscious
Can be formed through experiences, education etc.

Adjustments that employer’s may be expected to make the workplace more accessible for everyone. Reasonable - based on cost and practicality.

Diversity - who is in the workforce
Inclusion - How they are treated

Document held by those with health issues/disabilities outlining what reasonable adjustments they need at work
