26
What are the Heat Network Regulations?
Applies to communal heating systems. Final consumers are entitled to accurate meter readings/billing information and competitively priced meters.
27
What is the aim of the Heat Network Regulations?
A reduction in carbon emissions through the installation of metering devices - helps the bill payer to track usage and reduce
28
What meters are required for the Heat Network Regulations?
MID meters - Measuring Instruments Directive - meter meets consistency and accuracy standards
29
What is the CRC?
Carbon Reduction Commitment Scheme - replaced by CCL in 2019
