Q

long term effectviness

A
  • not effective long term
blackburn claimed follow up studies showed anger man did have a short term effect but little evidence to show red in reoffending long term
  • this may be due to the fact that it relies on prisoners being able to effectivley role play a situation where its not possible to reflect real life anger triggers
  • bringing the effectiveness of such programmes into question
