unreactive = more peaceful, serene

open = greater likelihood of learning, don’t have clear sense of self
conscientiousness
biggest predictor of success, most important to select for high performers
conscientious = not creative but detail-oriented, underperform in improv/creative situations, like set schedules; tend to be maximizers
maximizer
focus on objective best, tend to perform better and negotiate higher salaries, but feel worse
