what is the MOA associated with the microtubule inhibitors ?
A
they both inhibit mitotic spindle formation
1- taxanes do it through hyperstabilization of the microtubules - enhance polymerization
2- vinca alkaloids - binds beta tubulin and inhibit its polymerization
