And the HARM caused by excessive consumption should be minimized

When can this power of entry be used?

1. To ascertain whether the provisions of the act and conditions of the license are being met.
2. If there is reasonable grounds to believe that any offense against the actors being committed on the premises.

What can Police require under the act?

1. The production of any license book will notice required to be kept.
2. Require any information from the licensee or manager regarding their duties.
