3. Ensure a scene is preserved and photographed. We are applicable CIT tags recovered and secured with probes and wires.
4. Ensure a subject is assessed by a doctor.
5. Ensure taser 10 is docked or other taser is uploaded.
6. Ensure operator submits TOR
