Q

What are the 3 stages of Positive Pressure Ventilation

A
  • Stage 1. Defensive= after fire is out. Improves conditions for damping down & FIU
  • Stage 2 Offensive= fire under control.Outlet, covering jets, leads to better conditions for S&R
  • Stage3 Offensive= before BA committed. Improve conditions for ffing S&R. Less water as less gasses to cool.
