What actions for Anonymous allegations.
A
Allegations investigated at the discretion of the recipient.
Factors to be considered are:
1/ Seriousness of the issue
2/ Creditability of the concern
3/ likelihood of confirming the allegation.

Following a notification/allegation what can the whistleblower expect to happen.
A
Within 10 working days will receive a letter or email from investigator.
This will:
•Acknowledge concerns been received
• Advises whether any inquiries have been made
• Explains what happens next.

Who has overall responsibility for the whistleblowing policy
A
The Head of Legal and Democratic Services.
