The Inclusion Board. Set up and chaired by the Commissioner. Meeting quarterly in first year
Key areas:
1/ oversee delivery and review of action plan

3/ act as a forum for representative bodies, support groups and to engage with strategic managers.

Based on the :
1/ Sex discrimination act 1975
2/ Race Relations act 1976
3/ Disability Discrimination Act 1996.

These three acts were unified under the Equality Act 2010
