how can you alter weigh ttraining to meet different needs

A
  • heavier weights for muscualr strength which is 80% or more of 1 rep-max (3-5 sets of 2-6 reps)
  • lighter weights for muscular endurance which is 50-60% of 1 rep-max (3 sets of 12-15 reps)

  • Variety of equipment to prevent boredom * Strengthens the whole body or the muscle
    groups targeted.
  • Can be adapted easily to suit different sports
