A
Oseltmaivir 75mg twice daily for 5 days in kids 3mg/kg ( less than 40kg)
Zanamivir inhaler 10mg twice daily for 5 days

If caused by Cytomegalovirus how to diagnose and treat?
A
Diagnose by pcr or antigent after transplant
Ganciclovir 5mg/kg iv twoce daily for 2-4 weeks
