However, the employee must be informed of the nature of the investigation before any. INTERROGATION TAKES PLACE OF THE EMPLOYEE.

Upon completion of the internal affairs investigation of the complaint, DST shall immediately transmit to the commission of police standards, and investigation report in a form, determined by the commission.

Further, upon the final disposition of the complaint, DST shall immediately transmitted the division of police standards, a final report, and a form determined by the commission .
