A

When order to do so by the Troop duty officer, or any department member, holding the rank of CAPTAIN or above

Members with tire, deflation devices to respond to the general area and deploy when applicable

Regardless of the rank of the pursuit member, the troop duty officer shall remain in command and control of the pursuit for the entire duration

The troop duty officer of jurisdiction shall assume command and control. Once the pursuit, enters their troop, personally broadcast they have command and control of the pursuit.

Only the originating Troop ‘s Troop duty officer shall complete the pursuit evaluation

A crash in the adjoining Troop shall be booked by that troops patrol supervisor not the originating troops patrol supervisor .

Complete the electronic rams pursuit evaluation, and

Ensure a follow up investigation occurs for suspect who alludes apprehension
