A
  • Infecção, Trauma, Cirurgia, Vomitos, Diarreia e Abstinência de corticosteroides
  • Principalmente gastrointestinal

A

Choque septico, Abstinencia de corticosteroides, Uso de Cetoconazol, Etomidato, Fenitoina e Rifampicina

Quadro Clinico:

A

Confusão, hipertermia, nausea, vomito, desidratacao, hipotensão, palidez, cianose e dor abdominal

Exames Complementares:

A
  • Cortisol sérico, ECG, Rx e TC

* +25mcg/dL exclui crise adrenal

Tratamento:

A

SF 0,9%, SG 10% e Hidrocortisona 100mg EV -> 50mg EV 6/6h em 24h -> redução gradual em 72h

Obs:Tratar fatores precipitantes
