Carbonato de cálcio 1500-3000mg/dia em doses divididas e VitD 25000-100.000UI/dia VO

A

Gliconato de cálcio 10% EV 1amp 10mL diluído em 100mL de SG 5% em 10min -> 10amp diluídos em 1L de SG 5% em 50mL/h
Calcitriol 0,25-0,5mcg/dia
