pain and tenderness at the lateral epicondyle
radiates down the forearm
can cause weakness in grip strength
worse on wrist extension against resistance with the elbow extended or supination of the forearm with the elbow extended

pain and tenderness at the medial epicondyle
radiates down the forearm and causes weakness in grip strength
aggravated by wrist flexion and pronation
