C - Charges; preference of charges against a member.
S - Status of elevators
E - Evacuation initiated by FSD
A - Access stairs serving the fire floor
L - Location of fire
L- Location of the fire (If an MD, report the wing, floor apt.
O - Occupants; If any occupants have been LOCATED or
are reported missing.
D - Difficulties or delays in gaining entrance to the fire area
or in advancing the line. Give reasons.
A - Access to the fire area
N - Number of apartments on the fire floor.
