What is internal control?
Contractor, or party constructing/producing the product (I check up).
What is external control?
Control imposed from a client, user, stakeholder (Someone else check up on me).
What is schedule control?
Keeping a project on schedule. Apply a buffer strategically to ensure realistic completion dates and times [Fever chart - graphical representation of how the project is doing].
What is project monitoring?
The process of tracking performance - discover lacking areas, uncover potential problems, and keep project moving towards target.
