What is Rovsing's sign? In what condition is it seen?
Deep palpation of LIF elicits pain in RIF

Hyperextend pts right thigh whilst applying counter resistance to right hip
Positive test= Abdominal Pain
Pain on passive internal rotation of the flexed thigh. Examiner moves lower leg laterally while applying resistance to the lateral side of the knee resulting in internal rotation of the femur.
What is Murphy's sign? In which condition is it seen?
Pressure on right costal margin causes pain on deep inspiration
Cholecystitis (inflamed gallbladder makes contact with hand)

Painless jaundice with palpable gall bladder = malignancy
