Visual changes can occur (Scotoma=Blind spot in pregnnacy)

Increased vascularity= flushing, congestion, nose bleeds, changes in hearing (bulging TM wihtout infection) gum hypertrophy

Increased blood volume and HR, PMI shift, physiologic murmurs/ pregnancy induced HTN= 30/15 greater than baseline BP
