A

Performers should work on building up aerobic fitness, strength, and mobility. This will improve the condition of the bodies systems

A

Emphasis on speed and working at game related pace. Practice sessions will involve game situations and tactical plays.

Sessions will also involve fitness drills to maintain your fitness level

A

Rest will form a majority of this time. Flexibilty and strength work will be maintained to keep the condition of the body. Light aerobic training will maintain a general level of fitness
