No,but if you need only 1 more eng you must transmit a 2nd. Also if you ask for extra ladders then transmit a 2nd alarm, you only get 2 engines, no ladders. (You get the balance of the 2nd alarm)

If the fire is not under control, can you get more units for relief purposes?

NO!!! Only when "PWH" or "under control" can you special call units for relief purposes only

You give a 10-76 at 7am in lower manhattan. You should expect a BC, eng and lad from which two areas?

Both from Brooklyn. One via Brooklyn bridge and one via Brooklyn battery tunnel
