The Ladder Co Officer of the confiscated KO Curtain will prepare a brief letterhead report to the Chief of Ops. detailing the use of the device and a description of any damage that may have occurred from the deployment of the device at the incident. Chain of Command w a copy to the Chief of the Fire Academy 6.2
