A

Small abrasions, first degree burn , mild conjunctivitis, minor contusions, foreign body in eye ( already remove) , lacerations not requiring sutures , minor sprains and strains with NO swelling or discoloration

A

All injuries - service connected , remainder of the tour , and minor injuries as well as ALL biological exposures - with or without symptoms

Burns, other than first degree
Chest pains
Sprains or strains, with swelling or discoloration
