A
Cardiogenic shock, ANA refractory to EPI & fluid boluses, brady refractory to atropine & pacing, shock states with hemodynamically significant hypotension in the absence of hypovolemia or crush injury

CONTRAINDICATIONS?
A
Hemodynamically significant hypotension secondary to hypovolemia and third spacing fluids prior to sufficient fluid replacement

SIDE EFFECTS?
A
Tachy, ectopic beats, N/V, angina, palpitations, headache and dyspnea

5 to 10 mcg/kg/min
