Action?
A
Selective serotonin receptor antagonist. Effects both peripheral and central nerves. It reduces the activity of the vagus nerve, therefore deactivates the vomiting center in the medulla oblongata. Blocks serotonin receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone. Has little effect on vomiting caused by motion sickness
