What is the goal of performance coaching?
Enhancing effectiveness and achieving results in the client’s current role.
What does developmental coaching help with in organisations?
Supporting long-term growth, leadership potential, and readiness for future roles.
What is Skills Coaching?
Coaching that is aimed at acquiring or improving specific work-related or domain specific skills.
What is Performance Coaching?
Coaching that is aimed at improving the coachee’s ability to achieve work-related goals such as specific metric-based organizational outcomes.
What is Developmental Coaching?
Coaching aimed at enhancing a coachee’s ability to meet current and future challenges more effectively via the development of increasingly complex understanding of the self, others and the systems in which the coachee is involved.
What is Remedial Coaching?
