What is Approved Document M?
Approved Document M - Access to and use of buildings
Building regulation in England to ensure that people are able to access and use buildings and their facilities.
It is part of the building regulations that sets guidelines for access to and use of buildings.
Ensures everyone can access and use facilities comfortably.
