T cell is exposed to Ag
T cell is activated and releases lymphokines (Migration inhibition factor is most important)
MIF attracts macrophages to the antigenic site and prevents them from leaving

Contact sensitivity
Granulomatous Hypersensitivity (monocytes unable to phagocytose ingested particles)
Tuberculin reaction (skin test)
