There is no need to inform them when the crew go on leave or join the vessel.
Why is it imperative to keep the crew list up to date?
It is imperative that the crew list is up to date at all times and that the information on all crew is correct.
What information should be entered immediately if changes occur?
Any changes to address, next of kin, phone numbers, email addresses should be entered immediately.
Who should have access to the correct information at all times?
The DPA/management company should have access to the correct information at all times.
