A

Farmacos que actua inhibindo la formación del trombo plaquetario en diferentes niveles.

Inhibidor COX: AAS
Inhibe Rx ADP: clopidogrel
Inhibe Fosfodiesterasas: Dipiridamol
Inhibe GP 2b/3a: Abciximab, Tirofiban

AAS - Mecanismo de acción

A

Inhibe de forma irreversible la COX-1 necesaria para la formación de TxA2 plaquetario.

El TxA2 seria secretado en la fase de activación plaquetaria para incrementar su agregación.

Duración efecto: toda vida plaqueta (7-10 días).
