What do we give for bladder spasms
Belladonna/opium supporsitores or oxybutynin

Lying flat - sitting pressures the bladder
BPH Discharge instructions
2 to 3 Liters of fluid daily
No lifting/straining
Bright red blood or clots - Call
Kegels to strengthen pelvis

Clients in the initial stage don’t have ED or blood
Finasteride is prescribed because it blocks a hormone that causes enlarged prostate
