What are Irons sources?
Red meat, fortified cereals, liver, whole cereals, brown bread and green vegetables.

What does fluorine do?
Gives you healthy teeth.
What are the sources of fluorine?
Drinking water and fish.
What happens if you lack fluorine?
What does Phosphorus do?
Combines with calcium and makes strong bones and teeth.
What are the sources of phosphorus?
Meat, fish, poultry, eggs, milk,
What happens if you lack phosphorus?
Rare nearly all foods contain it.
What does sodium do?
Controls water in balance diet.
What are the sources of sodium?
Bacon, crisps, table salt, tuc biscuits, processed meat, butter and cheese.
