Recombinant FSH to stimulate follicle development and in male hypogonadism. It can cause ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Cannot be given for ovarian cysts/enlargements and uterine/breast tumours.

Anti-inflammatory agent which degrades transcription factor for myeloma cell proliferation and blocks the TNF-alpha mediator. It is given for multiple myeloma and results in vomiting, diarrhoea and CANNOT be given while pregnancy.
