Q

outline one weakness of the sampling technique used in your correlation

A

Volunteer sample:
- teachers may have only signed up because they believe they are good at the stroop task
- those who weren’t good may have been embarrassed to volunteer

  • Participants who took part may not represent the wider teacher target population so can not generalise findings
