•Another ILP pumper stretching 3½” hose into a gated supply intake of first ILP pumper. (Relay) (2½” hose may only be used for Relay if absolutely necessary).

•2nd pumper hand stretches 3½” hose from their apparatus at a hydrant to the 1st pumper. (Relay)
