  • very little differnce between angogenital distance between teh sexes
  • penis can be fel under skin and protruded by manual pressure
    (male=boar, female = sow)

  • bred at 12 weeks of age
  • females - bred before 6 months of age to prevent - dystocia caused by pelvic fusion
  • during pregnancy females doubles theuir weight

A
  • stubby rear legs 0 cannot climb adn jump
  • very vocal - react to stress, enviornemnt and people
  • barbering - occur when in grouped housing 0 dominant will chew hair of subordinates causing bare patches
