Parathyroid gland
These four glands release parathyroid hormone, which regulated the level of calcium in the blood. Located in the throat.
Thymus

Adrenal glands
Releases epinephrine and norepinephrine (adrenaline) which helps the body respond to stress. (Fight or flight) Located on top of the kidneys.
Pineal gland
Involved in rhythmic activities such as daily sleep-wake cycles. It releases melatonin. Located in the brain.
Thyroid
Releases thyroxine which regulates metabolism throughout the body. Located in the throat.
Pancreas
Regulates levels of glucose in the blood. Produces insulin (lowers blood sugar) and glucagon (raises blood sugar). Located in the abdomen.
Ovary
